As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be on the front line of a service disrupting the pay-per-click (PPC) industry. You will present a "no-brainer" value proposition to businesses already spending money on Google Ads, showing them how to get better results for half the cost with zero risk.

Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound cold calls to pre-qualified prospects using provided lead lists from Apollo.io.
- Value Presentation: Articulate the benefits of Google auto-suggestion technology to businesses currently investing in Google Ads.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified demos for the sales team to close deals, focusing on intent-based leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed activity records, prospect notes, and pipeline updates in the company CRM.
- Performance Tracking: Meet established KPIs for call volume and conversion rates; provide comprehensive end-of-day reports.
- Lead Follow-up: Consistently follow up with prospects to secure appointments and nurture interest.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Proven experience selling Google PPC services with demonstrated success in appointment setting.
- Communication: Exceptional phone communication skills with the ability to articulate technical digital marketing concepts clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems, call tracking tools, and lead generation platforms.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Market Knowledge: Ability to handle objections from business owners who are already familiar with digital advertising.
Qualifications
- Background in selling SEO services is a significant bonus.
- Comfort with lead generation tools and prospecting platforms (e.g., Apollo.io).
- Previous experience in a pay-by-results or performance-based business model.
