You’ll be the administrative backbone supporting critical sales operations in an environmentally-focused business that’s actively making a difference. You’ll work closely with the sales director to ensure seamless fulfillment processes while maintaining the high standards of customer service that drive this company’s success.

Schedule: Full-time (35 hours per week) Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales director with essential administrative tasks and fulfillment coordination
  • Monitor and verify truck arrivals, loading processes, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage comprehensive paperwork systems and ensure waste producers receive accurate documentation
  • Process invoices and generate purchase orders with attention to detail and timeliness
  • Provide real-time responses to customer emails and communications during UK business hours
  • Identify operational problems early and coordinate resolution efforts
  • Oversee administrative processes for successful waste collection and disposal operations
  • Maintain organized records and tracking systems for all sales and fulfillment activities

Requirements:
