Responsibilities:
- Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate data entry for high-volume operations
- Handle QuickBooks operations, including transaction categorization and account management
- Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations with attention to detail
- Organize and process financial documents, receipts, and supporting documentation
- Support general back-office administrative tasks and workflow optimization
- Maintain secure access protocols and follow established financial procedures
- Collaborate with the leadership team on financial reporting and process improvements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial record maintenance
Requirements:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks software and financial categorization
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience conducting bank reconciliations and managing financial records
- Ability to work during Pacific Time business hours with a reliable internet connection
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and financial best practices
