Job Overview
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Data Entry Specialist to support high-volume data processing and general administrative tasks. This role is heavily focused on the manual updating and organization of records across custom-built databases, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, possesses a high level of accuracy, and is comfortable managing repetitive tasks efficiently. Beyond data entry, you will play a key role in documentation compliance by following up with educators to ensure all required records are complete and up to date.

Responsibilities
- Data Management: Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records across multiple internal systems and custom-built databases.
- Documentation Compliance: Follow up with Educators via chat and email to collect required documents, such as induction forms and statutory declarations.
- Process Tracking: Track the completion of documentation and ensure all records are organized and processed according to internal standards.
- Software Integration: Utilize Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Excel to manage, update, and organize large datasets.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general clerical tasks and provide support for internal data-related requests as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven background in an administrative or data entry role (strongly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using Google Suite and various database systems.
- Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Task Management: Comfortable and efficient when handling repetitive, high-volume workloads.
- Communication: Good written communication skills for professional educator outreach and internal reporting.
- Reliability: Highly organized with the ability to follow established processes independently in a remote setting.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and a reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
