We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who is a master of the "long game." If you are a high-level closer who knows how to navigate complex organizations and build trust with C-suite executives, we want your expertise—regardless of which industry you gained it in.

The Role: Strategic Growth

As a Senior member of the team, you won’t just be making calls; you’ll be architecting global talent strategies.

  • Enterprise Ownership: Own the full sales lifecycle for large-scale global accounts.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Navigate complex procurement processes and build deep relationships with HR Directors, COOs, and CEOs.
  • Strategic Proposals: Design and write compelling, high-stakes proposals that solve massive workforce challenges.
  • Global Reach: Work across EMEA and US time zones to engage stakeholders in multiple regions.
  • Forecasting: Maintain a rigorous pipeline and provide high-level sales insights to the leadership team.

Who You Are

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional. While we love the recruitment industry, we value senior-level sales DNA above all else.

What you definitely need:

  • The Experience: 3+ years of success in Senior B2B Sales or Enterprise Account Management.
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You enjoy the challenge of identifying new markets and breaking into high-value accounts.
  • Executive Presence: You are highly confident on video calls and in written correspondence with top-level decision-makers.
  • Independence: You thrive in a remote environment and can manage a complex desk without hand-holding.

What is "Nice-to-Have" (But not required):

  • Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or Workforce Solutions.
  • Existing knowledge of the Healthcare, Hospitality/Gaming, or Construction/Engineering sectors.
  • Familiarity with international labor laws or overseas deployment.
