Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Senior SDR who is genuinely great at outbound — someone who loves the phone, hits their numbers, and takes pride in running a clean, consistent pipeline.
This is a pure execution role. Our client's senior team handles strategy, ICP targeting, and proposal generation. You'll be handed ready-to-run HubSpot sequences with enriched contact data and pre-loaded personalized scripts. Your job is to work that pipeline hard, book qualified meetings, and keep the machine moving every single day.
If you're tired of roles where outbound is an afterthought, or where you're expected to do strategy, admin, and sales all at once, this is the opposite of that.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sydney time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities Day-to-Day Outbound
- Make 50–100 outbound calls per day using pre-built HubSpot task queues with personalized scripts already loaded
- Send and manage personalized email sequences in HubSpot, rotating touchpoints across a structured 10-day cadence
- Enroll new prospects into sequences daily to maintain a consistently full pipeline
- Rotate phone numbers in HubSpot to maximize connect rates
Booking Meetings
- Convert outbound activity into qualified discovery meetings for the senior team
- Pass meetings cleanly with full context and notes — no cold handovers
- Follow up persistently and professionally until you get a yes or a clear no
CRM & Reporting
- Log all call and email activity in HubSpot on the same day — every day
- Keep contact and company records accurate using enriched data provided by the team
- Flag any sequence or deliverability issues to the AE promptly
- Share objections, patterns, and intel from calls back to the senior team
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in end-of-quarter reviews to help sharpen messaging for the next cycle

Requirements
- 4+ years in a dedicated outbound SDR, BDR, or inside sales role
- Proven track record of high call volumes (50+ calls/day) and consistently hitting meeting targets
- B2B sales background preferred — digital services, tech, or SaaS ideal
- Comfortable in a fully remote, async-friendly environment with clear KPIs
Tools — Non-Negotiable
- HubSpot — sequences, task queues, contact management, CRM hygiene. You must know this well
- Clay — familiarity with enriched data and personalization tokens (you'll receive exports, not build them)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator — able to review and validate prospect lists

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
