Work Schedule: 8-11:30am Mondays , 8am to 10:30am Tuesday to Friday (13.5 hrs a week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping tasks
- Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger
- Prepare financial reports and support tax preparation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure financial data integrity
Requirements:
- Must have QBO experience
- Minimum 9 months US remote working previous position
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Preferred Construction or Real Estate Development experience
