Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming patient calls and messages through the Weave communication system
  • Manage patient scheduling and appointments using Open Dental PMS
  • Provide exceptional bilingual customer service to English and Spanish-speaking patients
  • Serve as the primary front desk receptionist, coordinating daily practice operations
  • Process patient communications and follow-ups to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Support patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules
  • Assist with insurance verification and payment processing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist in the US healthcare system
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual communication required)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time hours in the Eastern Time zone
  • Bonus if you have experience with dental practice management systems
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Open Dental or similar PMS platforms
  • You bring a patient-focused mindset and professional demeanor
