Job Title: Lead Generator / Sales Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generator / Sales Specialist to support our nonprofit’s growth by identifying and engaging high-value donors. This role is focused on building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, particularly philanthropists aligned with our mission, and driving initial outreach efforts that convert into meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify wealthy philanthropists and potential benefactors nationwide who align with the organization’s mission.

• Conduct outbound outreach through calls and personalized emails to engage and nurture prospects.

• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the $10,000 membership offering.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress within the sales pipeline. Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to leadership for further development.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development. Strong research capabilities with a proven ability to identify and qualify high-value prospects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective outreach.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Experience using CRM systems to track and manage leads.

Scope of Work:

• Identify and engage potential donors and benefactors across the United States.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to support membership sales goals.

• Conduct prospect research using platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant tools.

• Support pre-launch efforts by generating early interest and opportunities.

• Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies.

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
