SEO Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Job Overview:

We are looking for someone who can develop and execute integrated SEO strategies for Eden and Skylark, including keyword research, technical optimization, and on-page enhancements to drive organic traffic and qualified leads. You'll plan, build, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and social channels to maximize ROI and support both B2B and e-commerce growth. You will also collaborate with content, merchandising, and development teams to improve landing pages, messaging, and tracking accuracy using GA4 and SEO tools. We also need someone who can analyze performance data, run A/B tests, and deliver clear reports and insights to continuously improve campaign performance and digital marketing outcomes. 

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week, 8hours per day with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

 SEO (Eden & Skylark)

  • Develop and execute an SEO roadmap (technical, on‑page, and off‑page) to grow organic traffic and qualified leads for both brands

  • Conduct keyword research and search intent mapping for core product categories (hospitality bedding, towels, soft goods, etc.) and create briefs for product, category, and content pages

  • Collaborate with content and merchandising teams to optimize titles, metadata, headings, internal linking, and image alt text in Adobe Commerce, Shopify (and other CMS where applicable)

  • Monitor technical SEO issues (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, indexation) in partnership with developers and manage submission and health of XML sitemaps and Search Console

  • Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and provide regular SEO performance reports with clear recommendations

 Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) 

  •  Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max/Shopping, and Display/YouTube to drive ROI‑growth

  • Perform ongoing keyword research, negative keyword management, audience and geographic targeting, and bid strategy optimization

  • Create and test ad copy and assets tailored to B2B hospitality buyers (procurement, GMs, owners) and, where relevant, to direct‑to‑consumer segments

  • Coordinate landing page requirements (offers, messaging, UX) with internal teams to improve conversion rates and lead quality

  • Own budget pacing, forecasting, and reporting, clearly communicating performance, CAC/ROAS, and testing plans

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) 

  •  Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns for prospecting, retargeting, and upsell/retention across Eden and Skylark accounts

  • Build and manage audiences (website visitors, customer lists, lookalikes) and full‑funnel structures aligned to brand and revenue goals

  • Develop and test creative (static, video, carousel) in partnership with design; continuously iterate on hooks, messaging, and formats based on performance

  • Integrate tracking (pixels, conversions API) and manage attribution views to understand true performance across channels

 Analytics, reporting, and experimentation 

  •  Own GA4 and platform analytics dashboards for paid and organic performance; translate data into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Design and run A/B tests (ad creative, offers, audiences, landing pages) to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS over time

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries for leadership with insights, learnings, and next‑step testing roadmaps

Collaboration and operations 

  • Work closely with ecommerce, merchandising, and sales to ensure campaigns support key product pushes, inventory realities, and account‑based initiatives

  • Brief internal or external content/creative resources and ensure deliverables are on‑brand for both Eden and Skylark within the broader house‑of‑brands strategy

  • Stay current on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO best practices, platform changes, and AI‑driven tools, proposing opportunities to keep us ahead of competitors

 Requirements:

  •  3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing SEO and performance ads (Google Ads and Meta Ads) for ecommerce or B2B brands

  • Demonstrated success improving organic traffic and running ROI‑positive paid campaigns with clear portfolio/examples

  • Strong practical knowledge of SEO tools: SEMrush, or similar; Ads platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager; and  Analytics: GA4, Looker Studio, or similar dashboarding tools

  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce / Magento, Shopify, or similar) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS for on‑page SEO

  • Strong analytical skills, comfort with spreadsheets, and ability to make data‑driven decisions and present insights clearly

  • Excellent written English for ad copy, landing page briefs, and SEO content guidance

  • Asset: Experience in B2B wholesale or with multi‑brand portfolios

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
