Job Description:

You’ll be the voice of an innovative automotive business, managing customer relationships and coordinating operations across multiple service locations. This role puts you at the center of a technology-forward company where you’ll help maximize booking efficiency while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. You’ll work directly with AI systems, manage complex scheduling across service bays, and play a crucial role in driving daily revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming leads across multiple CRM systems
  • Take over AI-initiated customer conversations and provide personalized service
  • Handle inbound customer calls and convert inquiries into bookings
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments across 6 service bays (2 mobile, 4 in-shop)
  • Ensure each service bay reaches $800 in daily bookings
  • Manage job scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations as operational needs change
  • Coordinate with field technicians regarding job updates and timeline changes
  • Follow up on leads in CRM systems to maximize conversion rates
  • Review and organize before/after photos from completed jobs for marketing use
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and resolve service issues

Requirements:

  • Must be available for consistent 9 AM to 6 PM schedule
  • Strong customer service background with experience serving US-based clients
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge and passion for automobiles strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems and appointment scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Bonus if you have sales experience or background
  • It helps if you have experience in automotive, logistics, or service industries
