Job Description: You’ll be the voice that turns digital leads into real relationships and closed deals. This isn’t just another cold-calling role, you’ll join a real estate operation where your communication skills help buyers find their perfect property. You’ll manage warm and cold leads from first contact to scheduled appointment. The agent has proven the model works and now needs a dedicated professional to scale the operation.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm EST, 1 hr break with 2 - 15 min breaks

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to buyer leads generated through multiple CRM and lead generation systems
- Manage and update lead information across integrated CRM platforms with AI capabilities
- Conduct strategic follow-up outreach via phone, email, and SMS to nurture prospects through the pipeline
- Schedule and coordinate appointments on the agent’s calendar with qualified potential buyers
- Qualify leads effectively and set high-quality appointments that convert to showings
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and messages from interested prospects
- Maintain organized lead tracking and comprehensive pipeline management
- Represent yourself professionally as the agent’s assistant during all client interactions
- Handle both warm leads (previous inquiries) and cold outreach for new prospect development
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and professional, confident phone presence
- Real estate appointment setting or lead generation experience a must (buyer-focused experience)
- Customer service and sales background with proven results
- Ability to work Eastern Time zone hours consistently and reliably
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems, dialer technology, and lead management platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor when representing a real estate business to potential home buyers
- Bonus if you have experience with Google Voice, standard dialer services, or real estate CRM systems
- It helps if you understand the home buying process and can speak knowledgeably about real estate
