Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and respond to emails across multiple businesses
  • Coordinate with solicitors, brokers, councils, and key stakeholders
  • Handle document and file management
  • Assist with sourcing suppliers, services, or information as needed
  • Help implement and manage project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Monday.com)
  • Provide light lifestyle and personal admin support

Requirements:

 

  • 2–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Organized and adaptable to handle varied, non-repetitive tasks
  • Experience with property-related work
