The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing, boutique law firm based in the Sydney CBD, advising clients at the highest levels of Private Equity, Banking, and Corporate Law. We are looking for a Growth Operations Manager to serve as the strategic engine of our business development programme.
This is not a general VA or administrative role. This is a high-stakes, remote position for a CRM expert and relationship architect who can bridge the gap between technical operations and executive-level outreach. You won't be managing timesheets or invoices; you will be managing the firm’s growth engine.
The Mission
Your goal is to ensure the Partner is focused entirely on high-value conversations while you handle the "architecture" behind the scenes. You will take 4,000+ raw contacts and transform them into a precision-engineered BD machine.
Key Pillars of the Role:
- HubSpot Ownership: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper of our CRM. You will audit, cleanse, and categorise our database, building the workflows and custom properties.
- Network Intelligence: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify gaps in our 8 core BD categories. You will research high-net-worth prospects and ensure the Partner’s 15,000+ connections are mapped, tagged, and engaged.
- Automated Outreach: Build and manage sophisticated Dripify sequences that sound human. You will use AI (Claude/GPT) to draft intelligent, high-signal outreach that resonates with C-suite executives and Fund Managers.
- The 15-Coffee Cadence: Own the scheduling lifecycle. Your success is measured by a full calendar—ensuring 15 high-value meetings for the law partner occur weekly, with seamless pre-meeting briefings and post-meeting follow-ups.
The Tech Stack
To excel in this role, you must be a "power user" of:
- HubSpot: Beyond data entry—you understand workflows, integrations (M365), and reporting.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Search, lead list management, and CRM syncing.
- Automation & AI: Experience with Dripify would be helpful or you can learn it, and a daily habit of using LLMs (Claude/ChatGPT) to augment your writing and research.
- Microsoft 365: Sophisticated management of executive calendars and delegated inboxes.

Role Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (AEST/AEDT).
- Location: 100% Remote (Independent Contractor).
