Solar Compliance & Admin Officer

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Solar Compliance & Admin Officer to support their operations team. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing documentation for STC (Small-scale Technology Certificates) claims, ensuring all submissions meet compliance standards and are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured processes while coordinating with installers and internal stakeholders.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm NSW, Australia time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit jobs for STC claims
  • Review all documentation including forms, photos, serial numbers, and job details
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and properly signed
  • Communicate with installers to collect missing or incomplete information
  • Organise and maintain job files and records systematically
  • Ensure all jobs meet compliance standards prior to submission
  • Track and follow up on pending submissions as needed
  • Support continuous improvement of documentation and compliance processes

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in administration, compliance, or a similar role
  • Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
