Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join a dynamic, fast-growing food production and delivery company. Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EDT, with break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Meticulously transfer and input data across various spreadsheet formats, ensuring immaculate attention to detail and reliability.
  • Perform daily quality checks and basic data analysis to ensure consistency, integrity, and meaningful insights.
  • Process large volumes of data efficiently, consistently meeting or exceeding daily targets as a fast and capable typer.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline management processes and proactively suggest operational improvements.
  • Identify, report, and resolve data discrepancies with a highly detail-oriented approach.
  • Stay adaptable to new software tools, data management techniques, and evolving system requirements.
  • Maintain a professional yet friendly tone with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements

  • Fast typers with a proven ability to maintain high precision while managing large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with comfort performing both data entry and analysis.
  • An immaculate eye for detail; ability to naturally catch errors that others miss.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and consistently meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while remaining an effective team player.
  • A proactive attitude toward identifying process improvements and resolving data issues.
  • A total commitment to confidentiality and the responsible handling of sensitive information.
  • MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE THE CLIENT'S ASSESSMENT.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Asana is a plus but not required.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
