Job Description
You’ll be the organizational backbone that frees up leadership to focus on strategic growth and community impact. This role offers the rare opportunity to shape systems and processes in a mission-driven environment where your work directly contributes to serving the community. You’ll take ownership of essential administrative functions while working alongside passionate volunteers and coordinators who are committed to making a difference.
Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday flexible schedule with some meetings in the evenings

Responsibilities
- Create and manage comprehensive meeting agendas for organizational leadership meetings
- Proactively track and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
- Manage CEO calendar and coordinate scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with social media coordinator to maintain consistent online presence
- Handle email management and correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain task management systems to support organizational growth
- Provide strategic input on improving organizational efficiency and processes
- Support volunteer coordination and communication initiatives
Requirements
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proactive communication style
- Demonstrated accountability and reliability in previous administrative roles
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with calendar management, email coordination, and task tracking
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to suggest process improvements
- Bonus if you have experience in nonprofit or faith-based organizations
- It helps if you’re comfortable working in a mission-driven, values-based environment
