Client Overview: A growing marketing agency that specializes in helping preschools and daycares connect with families through targeted lead generation campaigns. They serve 30+ childcare centers across the United States, generating qualified leads for busy small business owners who are passionate about early childhood education but need support converting inquiries into enrollments.
Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in helping families find the perfect daycare for their children while supporting small business owners who are making a real difference in their communities. This isn’t cold calling – you’ll be reaching out to warm leads who have already expressed interest in childcare services for their 2-3 year olds. You’ll work with a proven system and multiple clients, making this a rewarding role where you can see the direct impact of connecting families with quality childcare options.
Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday early mornings and/or late evenings

Responsibilities:
- Conduct friendly follow-up calls to parents who have inquired about daycare services for their children
- Schedule facility tours and appointments directly through the GoHighLevel CRM system
- Send follow-up SMS messages to maintain engagement and move conversations forward
- Manage leads from multiple preschool and daycare clients (starting with 3-4 accounts)
- Handle approximately 3-5 qualified leads per day initially, with growth potential
- Use GoHighLevel’s integrated VoIP system for all recorded calls
- Maintain professional communication with prospective families seeking childcare solutions
- Track and update lead status and appointment outcomes in the CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize follow-up processes and conversion rates
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills for phone and SMS interactions with parents and families
- Comfortable using CRM systems and VoIP technology (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
- Professional phone manner when speaking with families about their childcare needs
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) strongly preferred due to diverse market demographics
- Ability to work Central Time zone business hours
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection
- Bonus if you have experience with appointment setting or customer service roles
- It helps if you’re familiar with the childcare industry or working with families
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
