We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to close high-value deals and help customers succeed with our products and services. Attractive commissions offered 

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central European Time

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound warm leads and follow up with prospects
• Meet and exceed sales targets and daily call volume goals
• Negotiate and close deals with a customer-centric approach
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM
• Continuously improve performance through coaching and sales training

Requirements

• Previous experience as a sales closer with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proven track record in inside sales and B2B sales
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Demonstrated success in outbound and warm calling
• Self-driven, competitive, and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply coaching feedback
• Strong customer-first mindset aligned with company values
