Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, sales-driven, and results-oriented Bilingual Sales Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive account growth, and maximize customer retention through strategic outreach, consultative selling, and exceptional service. This role is responsible for managing and growing client accounts while serving as the main point of contact after the sale. It involves collaborating with the Sales team to onboard new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in telesales, business development, or account growth, with proven experience engaging prospects, overcoming objections, and consistently achieving sales targets. This is not a passive account maintenance role; success requires a proactive sales mindset and the ability to drive revenue through regular client engagement. Commission potential 300- 400 USD above base rate per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Manage account growth and client retention to support long-term business success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following account acquisition
- Partner with the Sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
- Respond to client inquiries promptly while identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Maintain strong client satisfaction by delivering exceptional day-to-day customer support
- Update and maintain accurate CRM records, including client interactions and follow-up activities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Support the resolution of complex client concerns and escalated issues when necessary
- Monitor, forecast, and track key account metrics to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct proactive outreach, follow-ups, and account reviews to identify sales opportunities and increase account value.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales, retention, and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in retention and upselling; we're looking for someone who can actively sell and handle higher-value purchase conversations, not just maintain relationships or respond to inbound requests.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, business development, account growth, or a similar revenue-generating role.
- Proven experience actively prospecting, following up with leads, overcoming objections, and closing sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with a strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required
- Experience using Salesforce CRM is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data to support decision-making and business objectives
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively
- Quick thinker with the ability to adapt effectively to client questions and changing situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and strategic approach
