Job Overview
Our client is a fast-growing, disruptive private lending company reshaping access to capital for Australian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). They provide short-term business loans from $5,000 to $100,000 with a market-leading promise: approval and funding within two hours. Powered by a streamlined, technology-driven model, they boast a 90% approval rate and have achieved 200% first-half growth.
We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly commercial Senior Lending Specialist to join their team. This is not a traditional administrative or relationship management role. You will be a hunter and a closer—owning the end-to-end sales process, managing high outbound call volumes, and driving conversions from broker-referred and self-sourced leads. You will also help bring structure and leadership to a high-velocity, slightly chaotic environment, acting as a player-coach to rebuild and refine the sales function.
