Job Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Appointment Setter to join their team. This role focuses exclusively on the US market, targeting construction industry prospects. The primary goal is to engage decision-makers and secure qualified meetings through a consultative, professional approach.

Schedule

• Tuesday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to construction companies, general contractors, subcontractors, and developers in the US market
• Book approximately 30 qualified meetings per month with prospective clients
• Build rapport and nurture relationships with prospects through a consultative, non-pushy approach
• Manage follow-ups and callbacks to maximize contact and conversion rates
• Track and report on daily call activity and meeting outcomes against established KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline status

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably within the construction industry
• Familiarity with outreach to decision-makers such as contractors, developers, and subcontractors
• Excellent verbal communication skills with high-level proficiency in North American business English
• Strong active listening, confident communication, and ability to build trust and handle objections professionally over the phone. 
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Scope

• Contact database and calling system will be provided by the client
• Performance measured by clearly defined KPIs, including call volume and meetings booked
