Join a growing consumer goods e-commerce brand to support leadership in streamlining operations across major marketplaces. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional looking to manage product listings, data entry, and administrative workflows in a scaling digital environment.

Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week); Flexible within CST

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO and CMO with administrative and operational tasks
  • Upload and maintain product listings and images across platforms (e.g., Amazon, Chewy)
  • Transfer and input data from Excel into internal and warehouse systems
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy across product listings and data entries
  • Assist with order fulfillment coordination through accurate data handling
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation
  • Support execution of internal processes and administrative workflows

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations
  • Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail in data entry
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows
