Role Overview
A professional photography firm is seeking a high-performance Conversion Specialist with extensive experience in GoHighLevel. You will take ownership of inbound lead conversion across multiple channels (such as Facebook Meta Ads, Emma’s Diary, Website, and local partners). This is an impact-driven role focused on materially improving contact rates, booking rates, and overall lead monetization. This is not a lead generation role.
You will be responsible for converting warm leads into confirmed studio portrait bookings (predominantly families, newborns, couples, and pets), optimizing communication flows through GoHighLevel, and implementing the best follow-up workflow systems.
This role requires an individual who can operate autonomously, diagnose inefficiencies quickly within GoHighLevel, and implement immediate improvements with minimal onboarding.
Schedule: Project-based, flexible within UK working hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM UK Time
Key Objectives
- Increase lead outbound contact rate through GoHighLevel workflows
- Improve lead-to-booking conversion rate with WhatsApp, SMS and Email campaigns
- Increase the volume of photoshoots in our diary by creating strong CTAs on our outbound communications workflows
- Optimize multi-channel follow-up systems in GoHighLevel
- Implement and optimize call cadence strategies in workflows to maximize contact rates
- Identify and resolve reasons for low answer rates (design and analyze reporting on GoHighLevel timing, data quality, approach, messaging)
CRM & GoHighLevel Optimization Fully utilize GoHighLevel to:
- Create trigger links on workflows and use this to identify drop-off points in the funnel and implement fixes immediately
- Improve automation of follow-up workflow sequences
- Trigger effective instant responses to new leads that lead to a client booking a photoshoot
- Design reporting that tracks contact attempts and outcomes, refine and improve conversion rate
- Improve pipeline visibility from lead to booking
- Ensure all activity is logged and measurable
- Improve WhatsApp opt-in rates
Conversion & Booking Performance
- Drive a measurable increase in lead-to-booking conversion rates (both online bookings and help improve our Telesales team answer rate to book)
- Reduce lead decay by improving speed and persistence of contact
- Design reports that enable analysis, refine and conversion approaches, with measurable results in lead-to-booking conversion rate across multi-lead channels
Additional Notes
This is a performance-critical role requiring a high level of proficiency, experience, and confidence.
You will be expected to quickly identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions with minimal onboarding. A proven track record of similar projects must be demonstrated.
