Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Strategy & Risk Delivery Manager to support the Chief Strategy & Risk Officer (CSRO) in driving execution across strategic initiatives, risk and compliance activities, and core Business Operations (HR, Legal, IT). This role is focused on delivery, coordination, tracking, and execution excellence, ensuring that priorities are translated into clear plans, actively progressed, and reported with visibility at the executive level. You will not define strategy or own policy decisions. Instead, you will act as the execution engine for CSRO priorities, bringing structure to complex workflows, ensuring accountability, and enabling consistent progress across multiple workstreams. This role requires a proactive operator who can manage up effectively, bring order to ambiguity, and ensure follow-through across all priorities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Execution & Task Management
- Track all CSRO priorities, tasks, and action items with full visibility and accountability
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met through proactive follow-ups and coordination
- Identify risks, delays, and gaps early and drive resolution before escalation is required
- Maintain real-time visibility of all CSRO workstreams (on track, at risk, overdue)
2. CSRO-Owned Project Delivery
- Translate CSRO initiatives into structured execution plans with clear milestones
- Drive end-to-end delivery with minimal CSRO involvement in day-to-day execution
- Identify dependencies and proactively remove blockers
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders for smooth and timely delivery
3. Company Initiative Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain a central, accurate view of all key company initiatives
- Ensure initiative owners remain accountable for delivery while progress is actively tracked
- Surface risks, dependencies, and delays early with clear escalation pathways
- Provide leadership with reliable, decision-ready visibility across initiatives
4. Reporting & Executive Visibility
- Deliver consistent, accurate, and easy-to-understand reporting across priorities
- Highlight key updates, risks, and actions in a structured and actionable format
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility
- Ensure leadership can access information without needing manual follow-ups
5. Executive Outputs & Presentations
- Prepare board-ready and executive-level presentations and reports
- Translate complex information into structured narratives and actionable insights
- Ensure outputs are high-quality, visually clear, and require minimal CSRO revision
- Maintain professional formatting aligned with executive standards
6. Business Operations Coordination (HR, Legal, IT – Outsourced Functions)
- Coordinate workflows across HR, Legal, and IT functions to ensure smooth execution
- Track deliverables and ensure timely completion with minimal follow-ups
- Maintain alignment between internal teams and external providers
- Ensure visibility and structure across all Business Operations activities
7. Compliance & Reporting Support
- Track compliance requirements and deadlines across departments
- Proactively collect inputs from relevant stakeholders
- Consolidate compliance reporting into structured, leadership-ready outputs
- Maintain clear visibility of compliance status, risks, and obligations
8. Process & Operational Improvement
- Build and maintain clear systems, trackers, and workflows for operational clarity
- Streamline processes to reduce inefficiencies and manual effort
- Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and easily accessible
- Improve overall operational structure and execution consistency
9. Research & Insight Development
- Produce structured research outputs that support executive decision-making
- Distill complex information into clear insights and recommendations
- Deliver materials suitable for leadership or board-level use
- Provide proactive insights on strategic and operational topics

- Company-wide initiatives: Departments own delivery; you own tracking, visibility, and reporting
- Risk & compliance: Departments own obligations; you coordinate tracking and reporting visibility
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in operations, consulting, project/program management, or similar roles
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or executive stakeholders
- Strong background in project coordination, execution tracking, and cross-functional delivery
- Proven ability to develop executive-ready presentations and reports (PowerPoint required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, plus project management tools
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
