Appointment Setter - Recruitment Industry

Work Schedule: 20hrs per week, Monday - Friday 9am-1pm Central Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective real estate agents to generate recruiting appointments
  • Track and meet daily KPIs including number of dials, connections, and scheduled interviews
  • Manage and update candidate records across two instances of Follow Up Boss
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between prospective agents and the team leader
  • Provide light administrative and back-office support as needed, including written communication with agents and prospects

Requirements:

  • Experience with outbound calling and appointment setting, preferably in a recruiting or sales environment
  • Familiarity with dialer systems such as Mojo Dialer and CRM platforms such as Follow Up Boss
  • Clear and professional English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contact lists and follow-up schedules
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain consistent call volume
