Job Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Support and Admin Assistant who can deliver thoughtful, timely, and reliable support to patients via email. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patient inquiries, helping resolve concerns while creating a positive and reassuring experience at every interaction.

Work Schedule
This role follows a rotating schedule designed to provide coverage across all days of the week. Shifts may vary between standard and extended hours, depending on business needs.

Candidates should be comfortable working occasional longer days and weekend shifts, while still maintaining a balanced work week with two days off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to patient email inquiries using Front.com in a clear, timely, and professional manner
  • Assist patients with common concerns such as email delivery issues, account access, and general administrative questions
  • Use internal knowledge bases and support resources to provide accurate and consistent information
  • Handle more sensitive or specialized cases, including prescription clarifications and medical certificate updates
  • Coordinate with medical professionals when patient concerns require clinical input or further review
  • Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all patient communications
  • Ensure all inquiries are resolved within agreed timelines, balancing speed with quality of response
  • Accurately input and update patient data in Sanity.io and other internal systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written communication skills with a friendly and empathetic tone
  • Experience in customer support, ideally in healthcare or a related field
  • Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information with care
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple inquiries at once
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both support teams and medical professionals
  • Familiarity with tools like Front.com, knowledge bases, or CRM systems is a plus
