Overview

We are a premier, nationwide full-service tax resolution firm and one of the fastest-growing litigation firms in the country. Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking disciplined, mature, and responsible Inside Sales Representatives to join our elite team. This is not a typical "customer service" role. We operate with an extremely high level of efficiency and professionalism. We are looking for closers who possess an exceptional work ethic and the ability to manage their time with precision. In this position, you will manage a consistent flow of 100% inbound leads—prospects who have heard our national TV or radio ads and are reaching out specifically for help with their tax matters.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Plano, TX time

Responsibilities:

• Accept inbound calls both in English and Spanish, qualify prospects based on their tax situation, and enroll them in our resolution programs immediately.
• When not on an inbound call, you are expected to be on the phone performing consistent outbound follow-ups, upselling additional services, and ensuring clients have submitted necessary documentation.
• Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule to ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
• Represent the firm with the highest degree of integrity and discipline, handling sensitive financial conversations with maturity.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain high activity levels throughout the day without constant supervision.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish).
• Experience in high-pressure sales, financial services, or tax resolution is a plus.
• Professional phone demeanor and the ability to build immediate rapport with stressed or concerned prospects.
• We require individuals who are punctual, responsible, and committed to a full-time schedule.
