Overview

We are currently seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background or formal education in international logistics or supply chain management. This specialized knowledge is essential to effectively support marketing initiatives across several transportation-related businesses.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule social media content across multiple brands
• Handle basic engagement (comments, messages, community responses)
• Create marketing assets using Canva (posts, flyers, email visuals)
• Support email marketing campaigns (build emails, manage lists, basic automation)
• Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Assist with campaign execution, tracking, and reporting
• Ensure brand consistency across different businesses

Requirements

• Strong background or education in international logistics/supply chain
• Proven experience as a Marketing VA or Digital Marketing Assistant (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience managing multiple brands or projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with: Social media scheduling tools
• Canva or similar design tools
• Email marketing platforms
• CRM systems
• Strong written English communication skills
• Preferred: Background or familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or trucking industries
