Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Inbox Management: Manage multiple email inboxes with professional, customer-focused responses.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks following established guides and procedures to support back-office operations.
- Communication: Maintain high standards of written communication reflecting company values across all platforms.
- System Management: Utilize G Suite applications and perform data entry and basic spreadsheet management in Excel.
- Coordination: Coordinate between different departments and locations to ensure operational synergy.
- Prioritization: Filter and prioritize communications to ensure urgent matters receive immediate attention.
- Student Inquiry Support: Assist with student inquiries and administrative processes as the business grows.
Requirements
- Fluent written English communication skills (essential for student-facing communications).
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer service and helping others succeed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative beyond assigned tasks.
- Basic familiarity with G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs).
- Proficiency with Excel for basic data management and reporting.
- Baseline critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple locations, branches, or departments is a bonus.
- Previous experience in educational or service-oriented environments is highly regarded.
