We are seeking a versatile Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations, administrative workflows, and creative tasks.
This role combines calendar management, basic financial admin, and visual content creation, helping streamline operations while maintaining a polished and professional brand presence.
Role: Personal Assistant (Admin & Creative Support)
Schedule: Part Time - Flexible 20 hrs/week Mon-Friday Central Time Zone
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting follow-ups
- Handle invoicing and basic financial administration
- Design flyers, social media graphics, and branded materials using Canva
- Proofread and format reports, summaries, and deliverables
- Support grant and proposal preparation through document organization
- Maintain organized digital files and communication systems
- Assist with email management and general administrative tasks
- Ensure all materials meet a high standard of professionalism and accuracy
Requirements
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or virtual assistant
- Strong Canva skills with a portfolio of previous design work (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Excellent written communication and proofreading abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible environment
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong time management and adaptability
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting small businesses or solopreneurs
- Familiarity with grant writing or proposal preparation
- Background in education, consulting, or community-based work
- Understanding of branding and visual communication principles
- Experience working with government-related documentation
