Bilingual Customer Relations Manager

Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide essential support to a diverse client base within a professional, growth-oriented environment. You will utilize your bilingual skills to manage insurance inquiries and policy renewals while building a long-term career with a stable, remote team.

Schedule:

  • Tuesday–Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Central Time (Houston, TX, USA) | Part-time, 25 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to English and Spanish-speaking clients
  • Process and manage customer insurance quotes and policy renewals efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Collaborate with management on complex customer issues, learning best practices and industry standards
  • Develop independence and expertise to handle customer concerns directly over time
  • Maintain detailed records and follow established insurance agency protocols
  • Build positive relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required - you’ll be serving a diverse customer base
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with technology platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Eagerness to learn insurance industry processes and regulations
  • Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
  • Availability to work part-time hours Tuesday through Saturday
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required - training will be provided
