We are seeking a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our search engine growth strategy, balancing Google Ads management with expert SEO execution. In this hybrid role, you will drive immediate results via paid campaigns while building long-term organic visibility to secure our market presence.

Schedule:

  • Part Time - 20h per week - Flexible hours within UK time zone

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize a monthly Google Ads budget of £12k–£15k to drive high-performing search campaigns.
  • Execute advanced bidding strategies (CPA/ROAS focused) and conduct A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages.
  • Perform comprehensive audits focusing on site speed, indexing, and crawlability to ensure peak site performance.
  • Conduct high-intent keyword research and optimize on-page content to support long-term content strategy.
  • Manage local SEO via Google Business Profile and citation building to improve regional rankings.
  • Develop and execute backlink strategies to consistently improve domain authority.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and seamless CRM integration.
  • Use PPC insights to prioritize SEO efforts and provide weekly reports on ROI, lead quality, and traffic trends.
  • Continuously refine performance based on data trends to improve cost efficiency and lead volume.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing both Google Ads and SEO strategies
  • Proven experience managing ad budgets of £10k+ per month
  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret performance data and optimize for ROI
  • Excellent English communication skills

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience

  • Experience in lead generation for local service businesses or training providers
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and landing page optimization
  • Experience with CRM integrations and lead tracking systems
  • Knowledge of local SEO strategies and multi-location targeting
  • Ability to translate technical insights into business impact
