Appointment Setter (B2B Sales)

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven professional to fuel our growth by identifying high-quality prospects and securing strategic meetings. You will act as the engine of our sales funnel, leveraging outbound outreach to connect top-tier advertisers directly with our founder.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential advertisers and qualified prospects
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and/or cold calling
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, fit, intent)
  • Book meetings directly into the founder’s calendar
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect data
  • Follow up consistently with leads to increase conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the closer (founder) to refine targeting and messaging
  • Continuously improve outreach scripts and booking rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, SDR, or outbound sales
  • Strong experience in lead generation and prospecting
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Experience using tools like: CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
  • Email sequencing tools (Apollo, Instantly, etc.)
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Results-driven mindset (focused on booked meetings, not just activity)
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time independently

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling advertising, media, or marketing services
  • Experience working with founders or small teams
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels
