Job Overview

Our client is a creative agency serving clients in the healthcare and aesthetic medicine industry, specifically supporting a plastic surgery practice that operates campaigns in the United States and Canada. This is a remote sales position focused on lead follow-up and conversion. The primary goal is to convert incoming leads into booked consultation appointments with the surgeon through professional, consistent, and persuasive communication. The role requires strong sales skills, excellent follow-up discipline, and the ability to build rapport with prospects considering elective medical procedures.

Client Overview

The practice is actively generating high-volume leads through digital marketing campaigns and requires dedicated sales support to convert prospects into booked consultations. Based in the Pacific Time Zone, they provide aesthetic medical services to a wide demographic across North America.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible within 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM Pacific Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with leads generated from active marketing campaigns in the United States and Canada through multiple touchpoints including phone calls, email, and chat platforms like ManyChat.
  • Convert prospects into booked consultation appointments using provided sales scripts and proven follow-up processes.
  • Maintain consistent and timely communication with leads to prevent opportunities from going cold.
  • Track and manage lead pipeline to ensure no prospect is left without appropriate follow-up.
  • Deliver professional, confident communication that builds trust and addresses prospect objections or hesitations about booking consultations.
  • Work with provided sales scripts and standard operating procedures while offering suggestions for improvement based on prospect interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales with demonstrated ability to convert leads and meet performance targets.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse prospect demographics.
  • Customer service experience combined with sales background to provide positive prospect experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently, clearly, and persuasively.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and consistency in managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle objections, rejections, and hesitations professionally while maintaining motivation and focus on results.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical aesthetics industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and multi-channel outreach tools including ManyChat and email automation platforms.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting or consultation booking for service-based businesses.
