Our client is a legal services firm based in Sydney specializing in conveyancing and property law. They utilize modern legal software systems and outsourcing platforms to streamline their conveyancing processes and deliver efficient client service.


Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our client's team in a full-time remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in conveyancing matters specific to New South Wales regulations and procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously through various stages of settlement.


Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (Flexible within business hours)

Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Standard Time

Responsibilities

  • Draft emails to clients using templates at various stages of conveyancing matters
  • Prepare and review adjustments for settlement
  • Create and manage matters within legal software systems
  • Order certificates and request verifications of identity through outsourcing platforms
  • Communicate with clients regarding matter progress and requirements


Must-Have Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of conveyancing experience
  • Experience working with conveyancing matters in New South Wales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Nice-To-Have Requirements

  • Familiarity with SILQ legal software
  • Experience using InfoTrack for ordering certificates and identity verifications
