Transform technical concepts into immersive visual experiences for a growing construction and remodeling firm. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between design intent and client reality through high-quality 2D/3D plans and interactive walkthroughs.

Schedule

Part-Time - 20h per week, flexible within EST time zone for communication

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D plans for interior and exterior construction projects
• Create interactive 3D renderings and walkthroughs for client presentations
• Accurately represent materials, finishes, and design intent in all visuals
• Collaborate with the team to align renderings with project specifications
• Deliver fast turnaround on drafting and rendering requests
• Support sales efforts by providing high-quality visual tools
• Assist with creating visual content for social media (photos, videos, project visuals)
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all design deliverables

Requirements

• Proven experience in architectural drafting and 3D rendering
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes
• Ability to create interactive 3D walkthroughs and presentations
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience with industry-standard design/rendering tools
