Spanish Bilingual Sales & Administrative Assistant

As a Spanish Bilingual Sales & Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the "air traffic controller" of the business, managing five lead channels to convert inquiries into bookings while optimizing the daily schedules for our cleaning teams. You will balance high-energy sales follow-ups with meticulous logistical support, ensuring seamless morning operations and consistent data tracking across all platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who can maintain a professional brand presence while multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (35 hours per week)
  • During the initial training period: 10 AM start time
  • Post-training period: Business opens at 8 AM. 1 hour unpaid break included.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, provide quotes using the company's intake form, and schedule cleaning appointments for prospective customers
  • Manage customer service inquiries, including rescheduling appointments and handling morning management support for cleaning teams
  • Follow up with warm leads across five lead generation channels via calls and messages to convert quotes into booked appointments
  • Track lead activity, follow-up progress, and appointment data using spreadsheets to maintain visibility across all channels
  • Maintain a professional and friendly phone presence that reflects the company's brand and builds trust with customers
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly during peak season

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with the ability to follow up on warm leads and close bookings
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written English communication skills and a clear, neutral accent
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and lead sources simultaneously
  • High level of attention to detail when handling customer information and scheduling
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable handling sensitive customer data, including payment information, with discretion and professionalism
