We are looking for a versatile and proactive IT Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a flexible environment and possesses specialized skills in Stack Coder.

Unlike traditional 9-to-5 roles, this position offers a specialized schedule starting from 10:00 AM onwards, allowing you to sync with our core operational hours while ensuring our infrastructure remains robust and secure.

Schedule

• Mon-Fri; 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM; UK Time

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Maintain, upgrade, and manage our local and cloud-based software, hardware, and networks.
• Stack Coder Integration: Utilize Stack Coder proficiency to automate routine administrative tasks, manage code repositories, and streamline deployment pipelines.
• System Security: Monitor systems for irregularities, perform regular backups, and implement security protocols to protect sensitive data.
• Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for the team.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of configurations, procedures, and system changes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of the Stack Coder environment and its application in IT administration.
• Schedule Availability: Must be able to work Monday through Friday, starting from 10:00 AM.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working with a variety of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking hardware.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required; we prioritize demonstrated proficiency and technical competence over time served.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of network security and firewall management.
