Outreach Specialist / Live Transfer Agent

Job Overview

High-volume outbound calling role focused on engaging prospective insurance clients, conducting warm transfers to licensed agents, and setting appointments when needed. You’ll manage a dynamic lead pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and consistently meet call and conversion KPIs. Ideal for a results-driven communicator with strong objection-handling skills and experience in telemarketing or live transfer environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to buying leads on a daily basis to initiate contact with prospective insurance clients
  • Execute warm transfers to licensed insurance professionals, ensuring a smooth and engaging handoff
  • Set appointments for prospects who are not immediately available for a live transfer
  • Manage and prioritize a rotating pool of leads, including daily inbound leads and leads within a 60–90 day cycle
  • Track and report on daily call activity, transfer volumes, and appointment outcomes to meet established KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and call dispositions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or live transfer roles
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence
  • Ability to handle objections and keep prospects engaged during initial contact
  • High level of attention to detail when logging call outcomes and lead information
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily performance targets
  • Comfortable working within the insurance or financial services industry

Scope:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM PST with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
  • Primary focus on warm transfers with appointment setting as a secondary function
  • Performance-based bonus on top of salary
  • Follow client-defined scripts, processes, and KPIs
  • Work within client-provided dialing and CRM software
