Responsibilities

• Direct Outreach: Connect with skilled blue-collar professionals through outbound calls to introduce them to new career opportunities.
• Effective Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and confident verbal communication to ensure your message is easily understood by business owners in the U.S.
• Value-Based Pitching: Clearly explain the Shamrock Advantage: better pay, consistent year-round work, and the removal of administrative/marketing burdens for the recruit.
• Low-Pressure Engagement: Adopt a "consultative" approach. We value quality over aggressive sales tactics; our goal is to find the right fit, not to push people who aren't interested.
• Professional Persistence: Maintain a positive attitude while managing a high volume of calls. You understand that recruitment is a numbers game and remain composed even when met with disinterest.

Requirements

• Exceptional Verbal English: You must be able to speak clearly and confidently so that U.S.-based professionals can follow the conversation without effort.
• Professional Rapport Building: Ability to connect with small business owners by focusing on their business pain points (e.g., the stress of finding their own customers or seasonal income gaps).
• Functional U.S. Awareness: A basic understanding of U.S. regions and the ability to quickly research a specific area using online tools to make your conversation more relevant to the person you are calling.
• Professional Composure: Experience in roles that require a "thick skin," such as customer service or sales. You can handle a "no" gracefully and move on to the next opportunity without losing momentum.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: You are motivated by the "win" of finding that 1-in-100 candidate who is looking for a better career path.
