Join a high-volume US life insurance agency where you'll transform warm leads into protected families. We are looking for a confident communicator to guide pre-qualified prospects through their options and facilitate seamless handoffs to our closing team.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST or CST)

Responsibilities

• Receive warm transfers from appointment setters throughout the day
• Handle inbound calls from the CRM system
• Use a quoting tool to generate 2–3 life insurance options based on client profile (age, health, budget)
• Clearly present and explain options to leads
• Guide prospects in selecting the best option and confirming intent to proceed
• Conduct a smooth warm handoff to the closer with a concise summary
• Accurately log all call activities, notes, and outcomes in the CRM

Requirements

• Comfortable in a high-volume call environment (20–40 calls per day)
• Experience using phone/dialer systems
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Ability to log calls, update statuses, and document notes in real-time
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable using Zoom or Google Meet for meetings and training
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn web-based tools (training provided for quoting software)
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps; wired connection preferred)
