Sales Development Representative (PropTech / SaaS / Short-Term Rental)

Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, experienced SDR to bridge the gap between marketing and sales. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential B2B partners. This isn't just about volume; it’s about strategic outreach to decision-makers in the tech and property sectors.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time | Monday - Friday (UK Time); Schedule TBD

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, LinkedIn, and personalized email sequences
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure a high "win rate" for Account Executives
  • Manage and maintain an active pipeline within the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Master the value proposition of our platform/service to handle objections from high-level stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an SDR or Lead Generation role
  • Direct experience in PropTech, SaaS, or the Short-Term Rental industry
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, or Lusha)
  • Ideal Candidate: You are a "hunter" who understands the nuances of selling a tech-driven service and thrives on hitting monthly meeting targets
  • Candidates without experience in SaaS, PropTech, or Short-Term Rentals will not be considered
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills are mandatory
