Work Schedule: 20hrs per week, Monday - Friday, 12:00pm-4:00pm | Eastern Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to manufacturing and industrial decision-makers to introduce AI consulting services and generate interest
• Nurture prospects through multi-touch outreach including calls, texts, and email sequences to move them through the sales pipeline
• Follow up with prospects after discovery calls and proposals to push them toward scheduling next steps and making decisions
• Log all prospect interactions, notes, and stage updates accurately in HubSpot to maintain full pipeline visibility
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of follow-up tasks to ensure no prospect falls through the cracks
• Coordinate with the sales lead to ensure warm leads are handed off effectively for presentations and proposals

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or sales development roles
• Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral, professional accent suitable for U.S. and Canadian prospects
• Resilient and persistent personality with the ability to handle rejection and find creative ways past gatekeepers
• Experience using HubSpot for CRM management, pipeline tracking, and activity logging
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain consistent outreach volume

Scope:

• Target audience includes mid-market manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, distribution, and industrial engineering companies in the U.S. and Canada
• Lead lists will be provided via Apollo; focus is on outreach execution rather than list building
• Role supports the sales lead by handling all pre-presentation outreach and post-proposal follow-ups
• Prospect engagement spans the full nurturing cycle from initial cold call through to decision-making
• Part-time role with potential to transition to full-time based on performance and results
