As an AI Setup Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in configuring customized Claude AI accounts, integrating essential databases, and building the automation workflows that drive client success.

Responsibilities

• Set up new client Claude AI accounts following established system prompts, load prompts, and database schemas.
• Build and populate client databases with historical financial information including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, payroll records, and compensation data.
• Configure Gmail and Google Drive integrations to enable automated document processing and storage.
• Set up Composio tool connections for social media management automation across client platforms.
• Create custom AI instructions based on client-specific information including business goals, compliance requirements, employee counts, and operational context.
• Track client onboarding progress and manage multiple setups simultaneously while waiting for client-provided documents or information.
• Communicate with clients to request missing documentation needed to complete account configurations.
• Test automation workflows to ensure proper document routing, data entry, and AI functionality before client handoff.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support or technical setup roles.
• Exposure to or familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client projects at different stages simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work evening or overnight shifts in Eastern Standard Time to optimize system performance during off-peak hours.
