Operations & Digital Marketing Assistant

Overview:

We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Executive Operations Specialist who combines hands-on experience in marketing, SEO, and web development with strong executive assistant capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative and operational environments—supporting leadership while actively contributing to digital growth initiatives.

You will play a key role in managing marketing projects, improving internal systems, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Proficiency in Monday.com is essential, as it will serve as your primary tool for project management and workflow optimization.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (US Pacific Time, 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support executives with calendar management, inbox organization, and daily task coordination
  • Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Manage SEO initiatives, including keyword tracking, on-page optimization, and reporting
  • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and basic web development tasks
  • Build and maintain project workflows, dashboards, and automations in Monday.com
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and marketing/web development teams
  • Track KPIs and generate performance reports for marketing initiatives
  • Organize digital assets, content calendars, and documentation
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency
  • Assist in research, competitive analysis, and growth strategy execution

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in marketing, SEO, web development, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or operations support role
  • Proficient in HubSpot
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
  • Basic understanding of web platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, etc.)
