Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mountain Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week) Note: All agents receive two paid 15-minute breaks.
Responsibilities
- Speak to customers on inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
- Handle customer inquiries usually regarding accounts and membership needs.
- Focus on retaining customers who wish to cancel their membership.
- Answer order inquiries in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions accurately within the project’s systems.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English with strong soft skills and a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Ability to handle back-to-back contacts in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset and adaptability.
- OS: Windows 10/11 (Strictly no MacBooks).
- Connectivity: Verified Static IP.
- Peripherals: USB-connected headset (No Bluetooth/3.5mm).
- Display: Dual monitors (confirmed on-hand or immediate purchase).
- Reliable computer hardware capable of running a virtual desktop.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or retention experience is considered a plus.
