Overview
Drive our property acquisition pipeline by connecting with distressed property owners and turning cold leads into warm opportunities. We are looking for a resilient communicator who can build quick rapport, qualify motivation, and bridge the gap between homeowners and our acquisitions team.
Schedule
EST Monday to Friday 40 hours/week (1 hr paid break) flexible hours, 8 hours per day
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to distressed property owners from pre-foreclosure and mailer lists
- Qualify leads by identifying motivated sellers and gauging their interest in receiving an offer
- Schedule appointments for the prospect to meet with homeowners and present purchase offers
- Log call outcomes and maintain accurate records of each contact attempt and follow-up needed
- Send follow-up reminders to property owners confirming scheduled appointments
- Provide end-of-day reports summarizing call activity, lead quality, and appointments set
Requirements
- Prior experience in outbound cold calling, preferably in real estate or a related industry
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
- High level of resilience and ability to handle frequent rejection
- Strong organizational skills to manage large contact lists and track follow-ups
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
