We’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Support & Retention Specialist to join a vibrant, fast-paced team supporting a dynamic dance program. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and turning challenging situations into positive experiences, this is your kind of role.
Schedule:
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM MST, Monday–Friday
- All agents on the project receive two paid 15‑minute breaks and one unpaid 1‑hour lunch.
Responsibilities
- You will speak with customers via inbound and outbound calls, email, and live chat.
- Customer inquiries are usually about accounts and their membership needs.
- You will also work on retaining customers who want to cancel their membership and answer order inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Strong soft skills and a positive, upbeat attitude -- this is a dance program account
- German language proficiency is required
- Ability to handle back-to-back contacts in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous sales or retention experience is considered a plus
- Team‑oriented mindset and adaptability
Equipment Requirements:
- Your RAM and computer must be able to work well with a virtual desktop
- OS: Windows 10/11 (Strictly no MacBooks)
- Connectivity: Verified Static IP
- Peripherals: USB-connected headset (No Bluetooth/3.5mm)
- Display: Dual monitors (confirmed on-hand or immediate purchase)
