Overview:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Loyalty Program & Campaign Specialist to support the execution and optimization of loyalty campaigns within the convenience retail and fuel industry. In this role, you will act as the control center for loyalty campaigns—configuring offers, testing systems, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth execution from launch through reporting. You will play a key role in delivering seamless promotional experiences while supporting retailers and customers within the loyalty ecosystem. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, data, and customer engagement systems, and who can manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (US Eastern Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Program and configure promotional offers within the loyalty platform
- Test campaigns and schedule launches
- Configure segmentation for targeted email and SMS campaigns
- Conduct remote testing on POS systems
- Maintain loyalty platform configurations and ensure system accuracy
- Generate reports and analyze campaign performance
- Manage retailer and customer support tickets
- Provide phone support for escalated issues
- Monitor campaign execution and proactively identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Experience with loyalty platforms or POS systems (or willingness to learn)
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software
- Customer support experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
